African American Family History Focus Group

Meeting in person with short instruction then time on the Center's 14+ computers to research with support for all who are interested in researching or supporting those who research African American ancestors. The Center is open during the event, bring a laptop or a phone and any info to start. This group has been meeting monthly for several years at the Tacoma FamilySearch Center. This meeting is live in person only, not a zoom meeting.

We welcome volunteers of all ability ranges interested in participating in Community Outreach, a wonderful new tech project that is easy and well liked, is locally connected and fun, and a couple of people who enjoy easy research and organization.
