FSC Staff and Ward Temple & Family History Consultant Refresher

Refresher course designed to train new FSC staff and Ward consultants on how to provide support to patrons desiring to do temple and family history research. We will review the computer resources of the FSC including FamilySearch and Ancestry.com. Learn how to assess the needs of patrons and connect them with the appropriate resources.
