Come experience cultural history and connect with your ancestors. We will sit and do handwork (knitting, crocheting, embroidery, hand piecing, etc.) like our ancestors did. We will share stories of our ancestors and learn how to find more stories. A great time to just relax and connect. This is not a class to learn to do handwork, but to take time to enjoy it and connect with women past and present. Taught by Diana Hess Room A
"Opening the Heavens": Using Family History Discovery as a Finding Tool 6:30 pm

Part 2 focuses on the spiritual power of missionary finding and retention through the FamilySearch Tree app. Prospective missionaries will gain hands-on experience with digital discovery tools to create instant spiritual connections and invite the Spirit of Elijah. It will include interactive role-playing and training on the Family Name Assist tool to help new converts and friends of the Church begin their own temple work immediately.
